Pickroom Terms of Service

1. What Pickroom is

Pickroom (the "Service") is a community site where users publish picks on sports events and comment on them. The Service is not a bookmaker: it does not accept stakes or deposits, does not pay out winnings and does not broker bets. Odds shown in the Service are informational only and never include names of or links to betting operators.

2. Operator

The Service is operated by Mazyl.pl Mateusz Damazyn. Contact: the e-mail address on the "Contact" page.

3. Eligibility and accounts

1. The Service is for adults only (18+). Registration requires confirming your age.
2. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. One person may hold one account.
3. You are responsible for your password; we recommend enabling two-factor authentication.

4. Picks and content

1. Every post is attached to a specific sports event. There are no free-form posts.
2. A pick is locked when the event starts and settled automatically from official results. Settled picks cannot be edited or deleted.
3. Performance statistics (hit rate, ROI, streaks) are calculated only by the system. Hidden picks are revealed after the event and always count.
4. Prohibited: promotion of bookmakers or referral codes, spam, abusive language, harassment, impersonation, publishing third-party personal data and unlawful content. See the "Community rules".
5. By publishing content you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it in the Service and in materials promoting the Service (e.g. summary cards), with attribution.

5. Moderation and appeals

1. Any user may report content. Moderators review reports and the author receives the decision with a reason.
2. You may appeal a moderation decision within 14 days by replying to the notification or e-mailing us with the subject "Appeal".
3. The Operator may temporarily or permanently suspend accounts that breach these Terms, stating the reason.

6. Premium

1. Premium is a paid subscription (monthly or yearly) that renews automatically until cancelled. Prices and scope are listed on the "Premium" page.
2. A trial, when offered, is free; the first charge happens when the trial ends unless you cancel before.
3. You can cancel at any time in your settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Invoices are issued automatically.
4. Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of purchase. Starting to use digital content before that period ends happens with your express consent and means losing the right of withdrawal for the part already delivered.
5. Premium never changes how picks are settled or ranked.

7. Liability

1. AI analyses and statistics are informational and are neither advice nor a guarantee of any outcome.
2. The Operator is not liable for decisions you take outside the Service, including bets placed with third-party operators.
3. Sports data comes from external sources; we strive to keep it accurate but cannot guarantee it is error-free. Settlement corrections are recorded in a change history.

8. Personal data

See the "Privacy policy". You can download your data and delete your account in the settings.

9. Changes

We announce changes in the Service and by e-mail at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use means acceptance; you may delete your account in the meantime.

10. Governing law

Polish law. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution (e.g. the EU ODR platform).
